Terms and Conditions
WE POST MONDAY TO THURSDAY. We try to post all orders that are placed and paid by 11am that day (Monday to Thursday). During our busiest times which are March -June we prioritise by order date required . Any orders after this cut off time are posted next day (Mon-Thurs).
We have a "Date Required by" calender on our orders. This is only to prioritise all orders going out. We are not able to "schedule" delivery dates. We post on receipt of order coming into us.
Images are posted in a grip seal bag and then placed into a hardback (Do not Bend) A4 envelope, extra care is taken not to damage items. This should fit through a normal letterbox.
Our large icing sheets are A3 in size and therefore generally do not fit through a letterbox so please be aware of this.
All orders are sent with An Post. They are a carrier service.
Post in Ireland generally arrives next day but can take 1-3 working days . Please allow for this. We cannot guarantee your date of delivery unless you choose the option of swift post at check out (pls see below). All post goes normal mail and therefore there is no tracking number unless you choose swift post. We cannot be held responsible for extreme weather delays, postal strikes or other issues related to An Post delivery service.
We offer a swift post service which guarantees next day delivery with an An Post with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. If you require this pls choose in the drop down box on completition of order.There is no signature required with this service.
Unfortunatly we do not post outside Eire

Occasionally Images may differ slightly from example shown. All cake tops are created and printed individually
Unfortunately due to food hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns, for any images ordered in error, change of mind or images not received in time.
Since all orders are unique to the customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If we verify that we made an error your order will be re printed and sent free of charge.
Unfortunatly we cannot offer refunds for any delays caused by the carrier An Post or weather disruptions.
Sometimes colour when printed can alter sightly to the colour. If providing an image please ensure you provide a clear/photo image as the quality will be reflected in your icing sheet. I should point out that the colours may be slightly different.

Please note our fee charged is for a creative service and the personalisation of your product/image for a one time use. On Topcake IE we try to ensure we are not infringing any copyright protections. The majority of images we use are private and or supplied by our customers or obtained from copyright free sites. If however you see the use of any image which you believe is protected by copyright please advise us immediately by email with details and where relevant we will ensure it is withdrawn from use. All images used are free and not being sold. We DO NOT SELL or claim ownership over the character clipart or graphics; they belong to their respective copyright holders.
