Shipping 

WE POST MONDAY TO THURSDAY. We try to post all orders that are placed and paid by 11am that day (Monday to Thursday) if required immedaitely. Otherwise we work by order date required. During our busiest times which are March -June we always prioritise by order date required . Any orders after this cut off time are posted next day (Mon-Thurs). 

We have a "Date Required by" calender on our orders. This is ONLY to prioritise all orders going out. We are not able to "schedule" delivery dates. We post on receipt of order coming into us.

Images are posted in a grip seal bag and then placed into a hardback (Do not Bend) A4 envelope, extra care is taken not to damage items. This should fit through a normal letterbox.

Our large icing sheets are A3 in size and therefore generally do not fit through a letterbox so please be aware of this.Very often an post will not leave a note to say not delivered yet your envelope will be held at their sorting office.

All orders are sent with An Post. They are a carrier service.

Post in Ireland generally arrives next day but can take on average 1-5 working days as per An Post website, however due to covid this can take longer. Please allow for this. We cannot guarantee your date of delivery unless you choose the option of swift post at check out (pls see below). All post goes normal mail and therefore there is no tracking number unless you choose swift post. We cannot be held responsible for extreme weather delays, postal strikes, orders not arriving on time or other issues related to An Post delivery service. We will NOT refund for orders NOT arriving on time. Orders can be made up to months in advance of an occasion if needed.

We offer a swift post service which guarantees next day delivery with an An Post with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. If you require this pls choose in the drop down box on completition of order.There is no signature required with this service.UPDATE - UNFORTUNATLY DUE TO COVID NEXT DAY IS NOT GUARANTEED AT PRESENT SO WE HAVE REMOVED IT FROM OUR WEBSITE

We also offer a registered postal service. This is a signed for postage service. This tends to deliver next day but is not a guarantee and can take up to 3 days. With covid in the postal system the rules again for this are different at present

When Should l Order?

The ideal time would be 1-2 weeks before your event. The cake tops do last up to 6 months but we find the colour is at its strongest if left to a month or less before time required.

We will always try our hardest to facilitate late orders , we know how busy life is and some things can get forgotten. However please read our delivery details to decide what post option is best for you to ensure your cake top gets to you in time, as we cannot be held responsible for postage unless you chose our swift post option at checkout.

Returns

We are confident you will be happy with your products. Unfortuantly due to food hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns.

We also cannot offer refunds on change of minds, orders not received in time due to postal system, weather disruptions or misspellings on order placed.

If we have made an error we will of course send out a new cake top as soon as possible.
