We try to post all orders that are placed and paid by 11am that day (Monday to Thursday) . Any orders after this are posted next day (except extreme busy times)

Images are posted in a grip seal bag and then placed into a hardback (Do not Bend) A4 envelope, extra care is taken not to damage items. This should fit through a normal letterbox.

Post in Ireland generally arrives next day but can take 1-3 .

We offer a swift post service which guarantees next day delivery with an An Post tracking number which will be emailed to you. If you require this pls choose in the drop down box on completition of order.

Postage to UK takes 3-4 days. But please allow extra time for any delays

Postage to Europe takes from 4-7 days working days. But please allow extra time for any delays.

Rest of World - We do not post outside of Europe.

Returns

We are confident you will be happy with your products. Unfortuantly due to food hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns.

We also cannot offer refunds on change of minds, orders not received in time due to postal system or misspellings on order placed.

If we have made an error we will of course send out a new cake top as soon as possible.
